Hi there! My first-morning temperature is usually between 97.7 and 98.1. I haven’t taken it for a few months and did so this morning. It was 98.5! I’m detoxing a ton but actually feel pretty darn good. My period is five days away and I have hardly any breast tenderness. It was previously starting 15 days before the period and really tender. On week 8 of heavy metal detox.
